Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units awarded under 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan will vest ratably on April 1, 2025, April 1, 2026, and April 1 2027.

2. On March 10, 2021, the reporting person was granted shares of restricted stock units subject to certain performance criteria to be achieved January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023. The result of that award was determined and granted on March 13, 2024.

3. Shares of restricted stock vested on this date were withheld to satisfy tax obligations.

4. Restricted stock awarded under 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan will vest ratably on April 1, 2022, April 1, 2023, and April 1 2024.

5. Restricted stock units awarded under 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan will vest ratably on April 1, 2023, April 1, 2024, and April 1 2025.

6. Restricted stock units awarded under 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan will vest ratably on April 1, 2024, April 1, 2025, and April 1 2026.
