Explanation of Responses:

1. This stock option was inadvertently omitted from the original Form 3 filed on March 17, 2021.

2. One-third of the shares underlying this option vested on December 15, 2021, and the remaining shares vested or will vest in 24 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person providing service the the Issuer.

Remarks:

On the original Form 3 filed on March 17, 2021, the Reporting Person's relationship the the Issuer omitted listing him as a Director.
