Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 4, 2015, Rally Software Development Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Rally”), issued a press release announcing financial results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2016 ended April 30, 2015. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
