On December 12, 2014, Anavex Life Sciences Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced via press release (the “Press Release”) that, as of December 12, 2014, its common stock is now being quoted on the OTCQX under the Company’s existing stock ticker “AVXL.” The OTCQX is the highest tier of the OTC Markets Group’s trading marketplace. A complete copy of the Press Release is attached hereto asExhibit 99.1.
