Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 1, 2008, Buck-A-Roo$ Holding Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that (i) trading of the Company's common stock on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board commenced on April 1, 2008 and (ii) the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2008 its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.
A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
