1. The Reporting Person is an officer and member of the board of directors of the Issuer. The Issuer's shares are owned directly by WTI Fund XI, LLC. WTI Fund XI GP, LLC is the Managing Member of WTI Fund XI, LLC. The Reporting Person is a Non-Managing Member of WTI Fund XI GP, LLC. Westech Investment Advisors LLC is the Managing Member of WTI Fund XI GP, LLC. The Reporting Person is an officer and a member of the Board of Managers of Westech Investment Advisors LLC. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
