On August 12, 2008, Tony Gaughan, who had been serving as Rackable’s Senior Vice President, Chief Products Officer, was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. In this new position, Mr. Gaughan will no longer be an executive officer for purposes of section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
