Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (“Dresser-Rand” or the “Company”) (NYSE: DRC), a global supplier of rotating equipment and aftermarket parts and services, previously announced that the Company will present at the Third Annual Capital One Southcoast Energy Conference on Monday, December 8, 2008. Vincent R. Volpe Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in the conference at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The presentation slides, which were made accessible after the close of the market on Friday, December 5, 2008, through a link on Dresser-Rand’s website, located at www.dresser-rand.com, are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
