Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (“Dresser-Rand” or the “Company”) (NYSE: DRC), a global supplier of high-speed rotating equipment and service solutions, announced that Dresser-Rand Company acquired the assets of Leading Edge Turbine Technologies, Inc. and its related company (Leading Edge). A copy of the press release, dated January 18, 2010, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
