Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
In connection with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s (Bank) previously announced allocation of $100 million towards a community investment program, called the Quality Jobs Fund, the Bank today made a voluntary charitable contribution of $10 million towards the effort.
