Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 21, 2019, the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (the “Bank”) issued a news release announcing its operating results for the year ended December 31, 2018, and the fourth quarter of 2018, and the declaration of a cash dividend on the capital stock outstanding during the fourth quarter of 2019. A copy of the news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The information contained in Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of this report and shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liability of that section, and shall not be incorporated by reference into any registration statement or other document filed under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 21, 2019, the Bank announced the declaration of a cash dividend on the capital stock outstanding during the fourth quarter of 2018. The news release set forth above in Item 2.02 is hereby incorporated into Item 7.01 by reference.
