Explanation of Responses:

1. The option vests and becomes exercisable as to 25% of the total grant on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date and vests in equal monthly installments over a three year period thereafter. The vesting commencement date for this option was April 3, 2017.

2. The option vests and becomes exercisable upon the Reporting Person's completion of each full month of service after January 1, 2018.
