ZUMIEZ INC. REPORTS JANUARY 2006 SALES RESULTS
Net Sales Increased 46.3% to $12.9 Million
January 2006 Comparable Store Sales Increased 23.2%
Everett, WA – February 1, 2006 – Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) a leading specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, today announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended January 28, 2006 increased 46.3% to $12.9 million, compared to $8.8 million for the four-week period ended January 29, 2005. The company’s comparable store sales increased 23.2% for the past month, versus a comparable store sales increase of 17.2% in the year ago period.
