ZUMIEZ INC. REPORTS FEBRUARY 2006 SALES RESULTS
Net Sales Increased 52.9% to $14.4 Million
February 2006 Comparable Store Sales Increased 28.0%
Everett, WA – March 1, 2006 – Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) a leading specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, today announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended February 25, 2006 increased 52.9% to $14.4 million, compared to $9.4 million for the four-week period ended February 26, 2005. The company’s comparable store sales increased 28.0% for the past month, versus a comparable store sales increase of 10.3% in the year ago period.
