Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Board of Directors of Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced the commencement of a regular quarterly dividend program. The Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, which is payable on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2011.
