Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 5, 2021, Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Company’s August 5, 2021 press release also announced that its Board of Directors has approved a $0.13 cash dividend per share. The dividend is payable on September 24, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 20, 2021.
