On September 21, 2021, Citi Trends, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will participate in the Wells Fargo 4th Annual Consumer Conference to be held in Dana Point, CA. Company management is scheduled to participate in a fireside chat on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at approximately 12:20 p.m. ET. The live webcast will be available on the Company’s website, www.cititrends.com, under the Investor Relations section. The online replay will follow shortly after the event and will be available for one year. Prior to the event, the Company will post to its website at the same address a one-page investor highlights document summarizing certain financial information through the quarter-ended July 31, 2021. The information on the Company’s website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
