Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 9, 2019, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (“NCLH”), which is the direct parent company of NCL Corporation Ltd. (“NCLC”), issued a press release regarding NCLH’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. NCLH’s financial statements and financial results will differ from NCLC’s in certain respects. NCLC’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 will be filed on a Form 10-Q.
