TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS L.P. ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION

Denver, Colorado – TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (NYSE:TLP) announced that on April 16, 2010 it declared a distribution of $0.60 per unit for the period from January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010, representing a $0.01 increase over prior distributions attributable to each of the 2009 quarterly periods. This distribution is payable on May 11, 2010 to unitholders of record on April 30, 2010.
