The above table for the three months ended April 29, 2023 has been corrected to reflect the reduction of $8.3 million of U.S. Retail segment net sales from accessories and other and increases of $4.0 million and $4.3 million of U.S. Retail segment net sales to women’s footwear and men’s footwear, respectively, representing the impact of the error for the first quarter of 2023. This immaterial correction did not impact the condensed consolidated statements of operations, comprehensive income (loss), or balance sheets.
