Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 19, 2006, we released a press release announcing our planned plant expansion goals for the future. We expect to double the production capacity of our plant from an annual production capacity of 50 million gallons to 100 million gallons within our second year of production. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
