On December 15, 2008, Siouxland Ethanol, LLC (the “Company”) first mailed a newsletter to its Unit holders which, among other things, included certain preliminary information regarding the Company’s results of operations for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the newsletter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
