Effective September 21, 2009, we effected a 200 for one (1) share consolidation of our authorized and issued and outstanding common stock. As a result, our authorized capital decreased from 552,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 to 2,760,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 and our issued and outstanding shares decreased from 547,370,946 shares of common stock to 2,736,854 shares of common stock.

The consolidation becomes effective with the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board at the opening for trading on September 23, 2009 under the new stock symbol “TAON”. Our new CUSIP number is87600P303.
