ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Jose M. Alonso has been appointed as the Company’s Board of Directors effective February 1, 2009. Mr. Alonso has served as the Company's COO since 2002. Prior to ForgeHouse, Inc. Mr. Alonso was Managing Director of GS Security Group, LLC, a security guard company based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this company he was in charge of all facets of field operations, account management, quality and safety programs. Mr. Alonso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Samford University.
Jose M. Alonso (COO, Director) is John Britchford-Steel's (CEO, Director) son in law.
We issued a press release on January 30, 2009, in which we announced the appointment of Mr. Alonso to our Board.
