Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 27, 2006 is being amended to revise the Company's press release announcing earnings to reflect Net Income for KRATON Polymers LLC and Polymer Holdings LLC. The sentences detailing Net Income for each Company can be found in paragraphs two and three. A copy of the revised press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
