Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 6, 2006, Kraton Polymers LLC’s (“Kraton”) Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Nicholas G. Dekker gave a presentation to the lenders under Kraton’s senior secured credit facility regarding a potential amendment to the facility. Kraton is seeking the amendment to permit the restructuring of its European operations to realize potential tax savings from its European subsidiaries. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
