Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2008, Kraton Polymers LLC (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008. The Company announced that it will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss these results on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. CST. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
