Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously reported, on November 28, 2017, Eagle Bulk Shipco LLC (“Shipco”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eagle Bulk Shipping, Inc., a Republic of the Marshall Islands corporation (the “Company”), issued $200,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 8.250% Senior Secured Bonds 2017/2022, pursuant to those certain Bond Terms (the “Bond Terms”), dated as of November 22, 2017, by and between Shipco, as issuer, and Nordic Trustee AS, a company existing under the laws of Norway (the “Bond Trustee”). Under the Bond Terms, Shipco is required to prepare and make available on the Company’s website unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements as of and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, which are attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
