On October 22, 2009, Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. Announces Two More Successful Bakken Completions; Substantially All of Kodiak’s FBIR Leasehold Now Proven Productive For Middle Bakken Oil.” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
