Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 18, 2010, Kodiak Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. (“Subsidiary”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp., entered into an International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. 2002 Master Agreement with BP Corporation North America Inc., under which Subsidiary may, from time to time, enter into hedging transactions.
