On February 21, 2011, Kodiak Oil and Gas Corp. (“the Company”) awarded a bonus to each of the Company’s executive officers, which bonus was comprised of (i) unrestricted shares of the Company’s common stock granted pursuant to the Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. 2007 Stock Incentive Plan and (ii) a cash bonus, each of which was in the amounts set forth next to each such person’s name below:
