Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 8, 2005, Cardiac Science Corporation issued its earnings release announcing its financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2005. A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
