Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 8, 2008, Cardiac Science Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its expectations regarding certain financial results for the three month and full year periods ended December 31, 2007. The Company expects to announce its full financial results for the fourth quarter 2007 in late February 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
