On July 21, 2010, Coleman Cable announced that it had completed an offer to exchange up to $275 million principal amount of newly issued 9% Senior Notes due 2018 registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for a like principal amount of its outstanding 9% Senior Notes due 2018. A copy of Coleman Cable’s press release, dated July 21, 2010, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
