On May 31, 2012, Coleman Cable, Inc. (“Coleman”) announced that it had completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Watteredge, Inc. A copy of Coleman’s press release, dated May 31, 2012, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
