Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective January 18, 2007 Christopher Stadler resigned from the board of directors of American Tire Distributors Holdings, Inc. Mr. Stadler became a director following the acquisition of American Tire Distributors, Inc by Investcorp S.A. Mr. Stadler was an executive officer of Investcorp or one of its wholly owned subsidiaries and has since resigned his position there to pursue other interests.
