Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On April 30, 2021, Hexion Inc. issued a news release announcing it has completed the sale of Phenolic Specialty Resins, Hexamine and European-based Forest Products Resins Businesses to Black Diamond and Investindustrial. A copy of the News Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
