Recent Developments MWI to represent several flea, tick and heartworm products in calendar year 2010 Completed the fourth quarter with 10% revenue growth, 21% growth in net income and diluted EPS of $0.53 compared to $0.44 in the same period of the prior fiscal year. Financial Highlights Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2009 Highlights – Revenues were up 10.1% to $247.5 million – Selling, general and administrative expenses as a percentage of revenues were 9.5% compared to 9.6% – Net income was up 20.9% to $6.6 million, or $0.53 per diluted share compared to $0.44 per diluted share – We completed the quarter with no borrowings on our $70 million credit line and a cash balance of $14.3 million.
