ORCHIDS DECLARES QUARTERLY
DIVIDEND OF $0.35 PER SHARE

PRYOR, OKLAHOMA (August 9, 2013) — On August 9, 2013, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the Board of Directors of Orchids Paper Products Company (NYSE MKT: TIS) authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock.  The Company expects to pay this dividend on September 20, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2013.
