On August 9, 2018, Orchids Paper Products Company (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release containing this information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
The information furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02, including Exhibit 99.1, as it relates to the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act unless the Company specifically incorporates the information by reference in such a filing.
