On September 21, 2016, the authorized common stock of the issuer was decreased from 50,000,000 shares, par value $0.001, to 5,000,000 shares, par value $0.0001, which resulted in a 1-for-10 reverse stock split and reduction of the reporting person's ownership to 51,375 shares direct and 51,000 share indirect.

2. This figure does not include 51,000 common shares the reporting person is deemed to own indirectly through the reporting person's spouse.
