Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 5, 2021, Motion Acquisiton LLC, the sponsor of the Issuer, forfeited 301,787 of its shares of the Issuer's common stock in connection with the closing of the Issuer's business combination. The Reporting Persons, who are directors of the Issuer, are each a managing member of Motion Acquisition LLC. Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by Motion Acquisition LLC, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
