Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On August 1, 2011, Dr. Erik Lindsley announced that due to his family’s relocation out of state that he will be no longer able to serve as President, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director, and tendered his resignation effectively immediately.
(c) On August 1, 2011, Gene Scher, currently serving as a Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, was appointed to the position of President and Interim Chief Financial Officer.
