On July 6, 2023, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, Douglas C. Barnard, advised the Board of Directors of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that he intends to retire from employment with the Company effective as of January 12, 2024.
On July 6, 2023, the Company issued a press release with respect thereto. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
