(b) On November 10, 2010, Suzanne R. Brennan, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Operations and Systems, notified the Company of her intention to resign from her position at the Company. Her last date of employment will be January 3, 2011. Ms. Brennan’s decision to resign was due to her family’s personal decision to move out of state and not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its management.
