Expedia, Inc. Announces Proposed Offering of Senior Notes
BELLEVUE, Washington – Aug. 13, 2014 – Today, Expedia, Inc. (“Expedia”) announced that it is commencing an offering of senior unsecured notes (the “Notes”), subject to market and other conditions. If the offering is consummated, Expedia expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
