Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 2nd, 2009 Cereplast, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) released a letter to shareholders providing an update to the Company’s efforts to execute on its new strategic plan. The letter outlines how recent progress has been made in positioning the Company for growth in the months to come. A copy of the Shareholder Newsletter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
