As previously disclosed on February 12, 2014, Cereplast, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a voluntary petition for relief (the “Bankruptcy Filing”) under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. In connection with the Bankruptcy Filing, the Company’s common stock will begin trading under a new trading symbol, “CERPQ” effective February 19, 2014.
