On April 15, 2013, Red Oak Partners, LLC (“Red Oak”) submitted a presentation to Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (“ISS”) supporting Red Oak’s decision to pursue a solicitation of proxies in connection with Digirad Corporation’s (the “Company”) upcoming annual meeting.
