Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report is the Advanced BioEnergy, LLC (“Company”) May 27, 2015 letter to its unit holders, which includes information about the Company’s recent agreement with AgStockTrade.com to establish an Internet-based matching service for current unit holders and potential investors to purchase and sell the Company’s ownership units. AgStockTrade.com is an Alternative Trading System under which potential buyers and sellers of securities are matched based on their respective offers of price and quantity.
Any proposed transfer through AgStockTrade.com will still be subject to approval by the Company’s Board of Directors as required under the Company’s Fifth Amended and Restated Operating Agreement.
